Welcome to the Blog of Kimberly Jarman Photography
Welcome to our wonderful, fun, and always updated blog. My name is Kimberly Jarman and I am the sole owner of Kimberly Jarman Photography, formerly Michelle Allen Photography. I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Arizona. I love capturing life and moments that mean everything to people.
Enjoy the blog! We try to update often. I hope you will comment... I love hearing from everyone!

A couple of weeks ago it was pouring rain all day long; I was very nervous because Karen and Jerry had planned a gorgeous intimate wedding at one of my favorite places to shoot a wedding, the Royal Palms. Everyone was wondering what was going to happen and it was all up in the air; however, Karen was determined to go forth with her outside ceremony and was determined to get some amazing pictures. Well, her determination paid off and God moved the rain clouds away from the Royal Palms and allowed for a very beautiful afternoon!
We were able to get some amazing pictures of the day; starting off with Karen getting ready in her wonderful room and then going to the pictures of Karen and Jerry. They choose to see each other before the ceremony, which proved to be an amazing intimate time. The family was wonderful and I had a great time with them at the ceremony.
As always, the staff at Royal Palms was exceptional. They took care of everything and make Karen and Jerry feel like a King and Queen.
I had a wonderful day and we got some amazing pictures! Enjoy!
The grounds at the Royal Palms is breathtaking from the moment you arrive! It is a wonderful place to photograph.

So many wonderful details!

Karen putting on the final touches.

I love this picture of Karens Maid of Honor helping her with her dress.

We then moved on to the wonderful couple pictures!! Karen and Jerry choose to see each other before the wedding and I love the look on Jerrys face when he saw her.

I love this shot of Jerry.

And Karen looked Gorgeous!!

We then moved to the Alegria Garden where the ceremony was held.

Everyone threw Rose Petals at them as they were leaving! It was great!

And to end the ceremony a wonderful glass of champagne with the new Mr. and Mrs.

Thank you both for such a wonderful day!! You looked stunning!!
Also - i'm having blogger issues and had to delete this post and then repost it, but that means I lost the comments I had on the post, so I am going to post them below this so you all don't miss what everyone is saying!

Beautiful images! :)

Tina and Nathan were married yesterday and it was such a wonderful wedding!! I have known about Tina since I was little because her picture has always been on my grandparents refrigerator; Tina’s family has lived in Africa forever as missionaries and they have been a part of my grandparents church. When Tina moved back a few years ago I was able to get to know her personally. She is also great friends with 2 of my other girlfriends, Rose and Sarah, both who were in the wedding party.
Tina and Nathan met in Africa because Nathan’s family also lived out there and his dad is a pastor out there. The wedding was beautiful and really incorporated a lot of Africa into it. The decorations, music and ceremony all incorporated their history and it was awesome to watch.
I had a great time being a part of the wedding and I love the pictures that we got!
Tina got her hair done by my favorite hairstylist, Tracy!!! Tracy is my sister, my friend Rose, Tina, me, and even my husband’s hairstylist; she has become a really good friend, so it was great to have her there!

Gorgeous Dress!

An intimate moment between Tina and her mom.

Tina and Nathan decided to see each other before so that we could do all the pictures before the ceremony. This was a great idea considering that the ceremony wasn't until 6:00 and it was already dark! Nathan loved how Tina looked!

Tina and her Brothers.

I love this shot!

Aren't they so cute?

I Love this Guy shot!

This was right before the ceremony, a tender moment with Tina and her Dad.

A Tradition in Africa is that the family of the bride receives cows for a wedding gift, so Nathans Dad presented Tina's Dad with small cows during the ceremony; A very comedic moment.

Thank you guys for allowing me to be a part of the wedding!!! You are both truly special people and I wish you the best!

I must share this because as I told you all Jessi is the sweetest person ever! I just got a call, about an hour after I had posted the pictures online, from Jessi. She is in the airport right now getting ready to get on her flight with Matt, her wonderful new husband, to go to Hawaii. She received a text from a friend telling her that the pictures were posted online so she pulled out her laptop, looked at the pictures, and then called me to tell me she LOVED them and was so happy! How much fun is that? I love excited brides, but Jessi tops the charts so far.. I've never received a call from in the airport on the way to the honeymoon! You rock girl!!! And I'm so glad you and Matt love them... I had a blast Saturday! Congratulations... and relax and have fun!!
